Salary: $180,000–$200,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Lead product management for commerce platforms supporting Rockstar’s online game titles and storefronts.
- Drive end-to-end product development from discovery to feature delivery across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with Business, Legal, Marketing, Engineering, and other teams to build player-first features.
- Develop product strategies and prioritize backlogs aligned with company goals.
- Create detailed functional specifications and feature documentation.
- Use reporting systems to monitor performance and inform prioritization and improvements.
Requirements
- 12+ years of technology product management experience on large-scale user-facing platforms
- Strong skills in product and player research to understand player behaviors and needs.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives from inception through development and implementation.
- Experience working effectively in ambiguous environments and translating complex problems into practical solutions.
- Demonstrated experience documenting clear functional requirements for diverse audiences.
- Experience preparing and presenting senior leadership-level reports.
Nice to have
- Experience in the video game industry.
- Passion for hirify.global titles and avid gaming.
- Knowledge of commerce systems, subscriptions, and digital storefronts.
- Experience with A/B testing to improve storefront designs and conversion rates.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar certification.
