Salary: $128,470 - $208,770

What you will do

• Align Earthmoving Modern Manufacturing initiatives with corporate IT architecture and enterprise platforms.
• Design scalable solutions integrating MES (SAP ME), PLM (Teamcenter Manufacturing), and IIoT data platforms.
• Define and execute a technology debt reduction roadmap to migrate legacy systems to standard platforms.
• Translate facility priorities into enterprise-aligned solution architectures to ensure reuse across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with cross-segment IT teams to enforce architecture patterns and scalability standards.
• Mentor technical teams on integration patterns, solution design, and modern manufacturing platforms.

Requirements

• Experience in enterprise architecture and manufacturing systems integration.
• Knowledge of Modern Manufacturing platforms and solution architectures.
• Expertise with SAP ME/MES platforms, Global Teamcenter Manufacturing integration, and IIoT analytics ecosystems.
• Proven track record of deploying scalable IT solutions across multiple facilities.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Peoria, IL for full-time onsite work.
• Must have valid US work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).
