Location: Must be based in Atlanta, GA (On-site)

Compensation: $23 – $25 per hour plus equity

What you will do

• Oversee daily robot deployments by coordinating between Field Agents and Piloting teams.
• Monitor live operations and resolve issues in real time to minimize service disruptions.
• Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality measures.
• Track and report key operational metrics such as deployment efficiency and service uptime.
• Support the onboarding and training of new Operations Associates.
• Assist leadership in prioritizing resources and executing operational test plans.

Requirements

• Must be based in Atlanta, GA and able to work on-site.
• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive mid-size utility vehicles.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs in various weather conditions.
