M&E Cost Manager (Data Centre)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid)

Compensation: €65,000–€70,000 / year

What you will do

• Manage commercial and contractual performance for assigned construction projects.
• Perform cost planning, estimating, and procurement duties.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives and value-for-money targets.
• Comply with established commercial and procurement strategies.
• Maintain high standards for Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop client accounts and project outcomes.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction technical discipline.
• Proven experience in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) cost management.
• Specific experience working on Data Centre projects.
• Background in consultancy, contracting, or client-side organizations.
• Strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and meet strict project deadlines.
