What you will do

• Lead the strategic expansion of e-commerce tracking for a high-traffic multi-tenant platform.
• Build a new analytical function from scratch, including measurement infrastructure.
• Define scalable KPIs and performance metrics to drive product development.
• Translate platform performance data into actionable features and long-term growth strategies.
• Evaluate platform performance against industry standards to ensure state-of-the-art products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, and Design.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong MVP-focused approach centered on analytics and complex KPIs.
• Extensive experience with web analytics platforms and BI tools.
• Ability to translate fluently between commercial stakeholders and English-speaking engineering teams.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to data precision and measurement integrity.
• Passion for integrating AI tools into daily development workflows.
