What you will do

• Lead high-impact product initiatives for document creation, authoring, and collaboration workflows.
• Define and execute the long-term product strategy for modern document systems, balancing business goals and technical opportunities.
• Integrate AI capabilities including intelligent authoring, content refinement, and workflow optimization.
• Partner with design, engineering, and AI teams to develop scalable APIs and data models.
• Drive product discovery and iteration using prototypes, analytics, and AI-assisted tools.
• Guide multiple squads by providing clear priorities and strategic direction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS, productivity, or document platforms.
• Must be based in Ireland.
• Proven experience owning complex user-facing product domains from strategy through delivery.
• Strong understanding of document systems and structured content (PDF, DOCX, Markdown).
• Demonstrated experience launching AI-powered product features and measuring their adoption.
• Strong AI fluency for analysis, automation, and prototyping.
