What you will do

  • Handle customer queries across financial services, energy, or telecoms technical support.
  • Resolve issues on first contact to ensure a high-quality customer care experience.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Average Call Handling time, Quality, and Compliance.
  • Collaborate with other internal departments to resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Participate in team huddles and regular coaching sessions with Team Leaders to support career growth.

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
  • Ability to handle challenging and emotive customer calls with empathy and patience.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong commitment to timekeeping, responsibility, and integrity.
