What you will do
- Handle customer queries across financial services, energy, or telecoms technical support.
- Resolve issues on first contact to ensure a high-quality customer care experience.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Average Call Handling time, Quality, and Compliance.
- Collaborate with other internal departments to resolve customer queries effectively.
- Participate in team huddles and regular coaching sessions with Team Leaders to support career growth.

- Must be based in the United Kingdom.

- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
