What you will do

  • Proactively manage email communications, allocate leads to Employee Engagement Team Executives (EET Execs), and respond to customer inquiries (including vehicle specification, lead-time, and stock car questions).
  • Upload and maintain starter and leaver data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support employees via phone and email, including joining the phone queue for urgent overflow calls when needed.
  • Collaborate with the Employee Engagement Supervisor on ad-hoc projects and initiatives to improve service delivery and processes.
  • Liaise with employers post-launch to connect EET support with 1st contact teams and advise on login and eligibility processes.
  • Log IT tickets on behalf of the EET Team to support employees facing issues during the driver journey or login process.

Requirements

  • Required: strong written communication skills and a keen interest in vehicle specifications to answer enquiries.
  • Previous experience in customer service and telephone communication.
  • Strong organisational skills with proactive planning, prioritisation, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of Salary Sacrifice products is preferred.
