What you will do

• Take full end-to-end ownership of customer queries from first contact to final resolution.
• Handle diverse issues including billing and meter exchanges via phone and email.
• Act as an internal customer advocate to drive improvements in products and processes.
• Continuously expand knowledge of evolving energy market regulations and technology.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity when handling sensitive customer data.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory; no sponsorship available.

• Resilience and ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work from the Bolton hub 2-3 days a week.
• Must be available for an initial 8-week training period at the Bolton hub (3 days/week).
