What you will do

• Own the global transfer pricing policy to ensure the operating strategy is tax-optimized and compliant worldwide.
• Monitor and implement developments in international regulations, including OECD BEPS updates.
• Maximize tax effectiveness across all intercompany flows.
• Provide strategic TP input for new product and market launches to ensure commercially sound solutions.
• Collaborate with local advisors in new jurisdictions to document intercompany arrangements.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant or tax professional.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Transfer Pricing with a track record of ownership.
• Experience within fintech, tech, or companies with a global employee footprint.
• Proven ability to support new country/product launches and structure TP under uncertainty.
• Deep knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and BEPS.
