Salary: $26.15 - $34.86 per hour

What you will do

• Analyze customer 3D CAD models to create quotes and toolpaths using proprietary software.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure manufacturing readiness.
• Resolve technical issues preventing auto-quoting within internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal resources to answer customer inquiries regarding materials and CNC processes.
• Provide technical assistance to machine operators and troubleshoot part creation.
• Continuously evaluate and improve best practices for the team and company.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or refugee/asylee due to ITAR compliance.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software packages.
• Ability to learn advanced proprietary graphical computer-aided analysis software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar.
• Experience with CNC operated machines.
• Experience with Haas machine tools.
