• Design, develop, and implement tooling solutions to support the Service Center Network.
• Review and improve existing tooling, drawings, and processes to enhance usability and effectiveness.
• Drive standardization and consolidation opportunities across the tooling portfolio.
• Manage the full tooling lifecycle in alignment with product requirements.
• Coordinate the build, testing, and validation of new service tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure tooling meets operational needs and service readiness.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Must be based in Fort Worth, Texas.

• Knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) methodologies.
• Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
