What you will do

• Lead regional program strategy and planning to align with global wellbeing goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regional stakeholders and wellbeing champions.
• Manage end-to-end program delivery, including logistics, content coordination, and event readiness.
• Track engagement, impact, and risk indicators using data and stakeholder feedback.
• Partner with the regional Health & Wellness Coach to ensure a coordinated approach.
• Report progress and insights to leadership to proactively improve programming.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in program coordination, employee wellbeing, HR, or Customer Success.
• Must be based in Amsterdam or able to work core hours across UTC+2 to +4.
• Genuine familiarity with the Middle East region, including Israel, and its cultural context.
• Strong project and event management skills with experience in complex, virtual environments.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
