Project Manager Market & Customer Intelligence (7 Months Maternity Cover)

What you will do

• Lead strategic projects and diverse cross-functional teams from scoping through implementation.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and commercial functions including sales, product management, sustainability, compliance, and finance.
• Define project roadmaps, track milestones, mitigate risks, and report progress to executive stakeholders.
• Conduct market, competitive, and voice-of-customer analyses using surveys and customer insights.
• Facilitate cross-departmental alignment and change management to support strategy adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in project management, strategic consulting, or corporate strategy within an international business environment.
• Strong financial and business acumen, stakeholder management, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage complex projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Strong data analytics, data visualization, and executive-level presentation skills.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Qualtrics, Thinkcell, and business intelligence tools.
