Continuity Manager (IT)

Location: Utrecht, Netherlands; hybrid workplace with a balance between home and office work

Gross monthly salary: €5,994–€8,563 for a 36-hour work week

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end Major Incident Management process across IT, Security, and Business operations.
• Coordinate the resolution of major incidents to restore critical services quickly and minimise customer impact.
• Act as the highest operational escalation point for continuity disruptions and crises.
• Align and influence stakeholders across technology, security, risk, and business domains during critical situations.
• Evaluate incidents after resolution and define mandatory improvement actions.
• Build continuity awareness through training, workshops, crisis games, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud, Security, ITIL, Business Continuity Management, Risk Management, and IT Continuity.
• Fluent Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, analytical, and communication skills.
• More than 5 years of experience within hirify.global or another financial institution, or relevant experience in IT Continuity and Business Continuity Management.
• Availability for a 24/7 standby and on-call roster.

• Broad IT experience across multiple disciplines and roles.
