Corporate Partnerships Manager (Non-Profit): Leading the development of corporate fundraising plans and managing a portfolio of corporate relationships in Ontario with an accent on sponsorships, cause-marketing, and employee giving. Focus on sourcing, cultivating, and closing new fundraising opportunities while stewarding existing partners to drive revenue growth.
Location: Must be based in Canada. This role is hybrid with in-office collaboration required in Toronto, ON.
Salary: $80,000–$90,000 CAD

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of 75+ corporate partners and prospects to generate revenue through sponsorships and cause-related marketing.
- Conduct prospect research and qualification to secure annual contributions of $25,000 or more.
- Design and implement tailored solicitation strategies, including proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate and develop multi-year partnership agreements.
- Collaborate with internal business units to ensure successful activation and stewardship of corporate accounts.
- Develop annual and multi-year plans for Ontario’s corporate partnership goals.
Requirements
- Must be currently residing in Canada and legally entitled to work in Canada.
- 5-7 years of corporate fundraising experience with a track record of closing partnerships valued at $50K+.
- Post-secondary education in business administration, non-profit fundraising, or marketing.
- Proven ability to build networks and manage corporate relationships.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and fundraising best practices.
