Sr. Consultant, Distribution Partnerships (Financial Services)

Location: Remote in Canada, with occasional in-person attendance at work-related events in Burlington as required

Salary: $89,000–$130,000 annually, plus applicable variable compensation

What you will do

• Support business plan development and execution for partnerships across Auto, Mortgage, and Financial Services.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned technology platform and distribution partners.
• Monitor partner performance, provide updates to stakeholders, and recommend improvements.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities through product adoption and solution alignment.
• Identify, cultivate, onboard, and support negotiations with new partners.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and other internal teams on partnership objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, sales, or a related field.
• Experience managing small to medium-sized partnerships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
• Understanding of business, marketing, and finance concepts.

Nice to have

• Financial Services experience, particularly in Auto or Mortgage.
