What you will do

• Develop and execute growth strategies for the largest and most strategic enterprise partners.
• Manage and influence senior stakeholders to increase store footprint and maximize food waste reduction.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, and Product to drive joint growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using Salesforce and other tracking tools.
• Coach and mentor other Key Account Managers to share best practices and expertise.
• Act as a food waste expert to embed sustainability goals within partner organizations.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK or able to work from the London office.
• Proven experience in managing complex enterprise accounts and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for high-level negotiations.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
• English proficiency required for all application materials.
