Commercial Project Administrator (Energy)

What you will do

• Provide transactional SAP support, including new project setup and resource assignments.
• Maintain project budgets, sales orders, and milestone billings within SAP.
• Support the purchase order process, including requisitions, goods receipts, and prepayments.
• Manage shipping documentation, including commercial invoices and proof of delivery.
• Assist in gathering information for claims, liquidated damages, and change orders.
• Perform ad-hoc reconciliations, reporting, analysis, and support the tax assessment process.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a financial role for large projects.
• BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to work US-based working hours.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of project accounting methods and related activities.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
• Experience with Primavera Unifer.
