What you will do
- Manage FreshWorks support tickets and provide user guidance on finance system processes and functionality.
- Support Workday and OneStream administration, configuration, and business process enhancements.
- Analyze and maintain end-to-end data flows between Finance, HR, Operations, and IT systems.
- Develop report specifications and resolve data integration issues to ensure financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Assist with month-end close activities by troubleshooting system issues and validating financial data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or Information Technology.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a service organization.
- Hands-on experience with Workday financials administration and configuration.
- Proficiency in creating and analyzing reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of integrated program management systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
