What you will do

• Develop and maintain Dialpad’s Salesforce integration.
• Contribute to other Dialpad integrations that support real-time automations and data transfers.
• Write architectural design and specification documents.
• Build well-tested features with test hooks to keep defect reports low.
• Write clean, modular, maintainable code and unit tests; participate in code reviews.
• Assist with emerging agentic AI technologies and initiatives; act as a technical expert and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
• Experience with at least one major backend language (Java or Python) and one major frontend language (Vue or React).
• Experience building integrations and proficiency with ETL data pipelines.
• Testing, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently.
