What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines, services, and platform capabilities for DAX.
• Translate business and technical requirements into clean, maintainable Python and SQL code for data ingestion and processing.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product teams to deliver meaningful data products.
• Monitor production pipelines and lead investigations into failures, data quality issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Improve platform observability, alerting, and reliability to ensure stable business insights and operational processes.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills and solid experience with relational data and ETL/ELT processes in production.
• Practical experience programming in Python with a focus on readable and testable code.
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Databricks.
• Familiarity with distributed processing using Apache Spark.
• Understanding of version control, CI/CD, and engineering testing practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Databricks Asset Bundles.
• Interest in advertising technology, analytics, or large-scale data systems.
