What you will do

• Develop a platform to extract and prepare data from external legacy CRM systems.
• Design workflows for cleaning, mapping, and validating complex CRM datasets.
• Build robust import flows featuring retries, audit logs, and error handling.
• Integrate LLM APIs for schema mapping, entity matching, and data classification.
• Own the entire lifecycle from architecture and implementation to deployment and production support.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and integration teams.

Requirements

• Strong backend engineering experience with Python and practical SQL skills.
• Experience with data migration, ETL/ELT, data processing, or system integrations.
• Production experience with FastAPI, Django, Flask or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Linux, Docker, and containerized development.
• Practical experience using AI coding tools and/or LLM APIs.
• Ability to work with messy, inconsistent, or poorly documented datasets.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM, property management, fintech, or payments platforms.
• Expertise in fuzzy matching, entity resolution, or duplicate detection.
• Experience building internal tools for operations and migration workflows.
• Knowledge of observability, logging, monitoring, and CI/CD.
• Experience with typed languages such as Java, C#, C++, Kotlin, or Scala.
