TL;DR

Social Account Director: Leading social and content delivery for complex accounts with an accent on strategic consultancy, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Miami, Florida (Hybrid: 2 days in office per week).

What you will do

  • Serve as the key client contact for large retained social accounts, managing relationships and senior-level expectations.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex social content projects, ensuring quality control and operational efficiency.
  • Lead strategic and creative presentations, acting as a consultant to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creative, production, performance, and strategy teams to deliver innovative content.
  • Drive commercial growth on accounts by identifying opportunities and contributing to pitches and proposals.
  • Provide leadership and oversight to core teams to ensure account health and proactive project management.

Requirements

  • Agency experience at an Account Director level or equivalent is required.
  • Proven background in social and content marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large or complex accounts in a leading role.
  • Excellent project management capabilities and an eye for best-practice delivery.
  • Confident and consultative approach when interfacing with senior clients.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with internal specialists and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with both B2B and B2C clients.
  • Background in influencer marketing.
  • Experience working with global clients.
