Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Miami, Florida (Hybrid: 2 days in office per week).

What you will do
- Serve as the key client contact for large retained social accounts, managing relationships and senior-level expectations.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex social content projects, ensuring quality control and operational efficiency.
- Lead strategic and creative presentations, acting as a consultant to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative, production, performance, and strategy teams to deliver innovative content.
- Drive commercial growth on accounts by identifying opportunities and contributing to pitches and proposals.
- Provide leadership and oversight to core teams to ensure account health and proactive project management.
Requirements
- Agency experience at an Account Director level or equivalent is required.
- Proven background in social and content marketing.
- Demonstrated experience managing large or complex accounts in a leading role.
- Excellent project management capabilities and an eye for best-practice delivery.
- Confident and consultative approach when interfacing with senior clients.
- Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with internal specialists and external stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with both B2B and B2C clients.
- Background in influencer marketing.
- Experience working with global clients.
