What you will do

• Independently lead influencer and creator workstreams, developing strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Translate client briefs and cultural trends into thoughtful creator programs.
• Serve as a day-to-day lead for client relationships and internal account teams.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of programs from identification and negotiation to activation and reporting.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, providing clear direction and feedback.
• Collaborate with PR, social, and paid media teams to integrate influencer efforts into broader campaigns.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator strategy, or integrated communications.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients and priorities is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead workstreams and collaborate with senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of the influencer program lifecycle, including contracting and measurement.
• Experience leading client presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to oversee budgets and timelines.
