What you will do

• Independently lead influencer and creator workstreams, developing strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Serve as the day-to-day lead for programs, managing the full lifecycle from creator identification to reporting.
• Collaborate with PR, social, and creative teams to integrate influencer efforts into broader communications programs.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, providing clear direction and feedback.
• Oversee program budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure agency standards are met.
• Present strategies, recommendations, and performance results directly to clients.

Requirements

• 5-6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator strategy, or integrated communications.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead influencer workstreams and manage multiple client priorities.
• Strong understanding of the full influencer program lifecycle, including negotiation and contracting.
• Experience leading client presentations and translating performance data into insights.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to oversee complex budgets and timelines.
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
