Full-Stack Consumer Marketing (B2C/B2B): Own the consumer marketing strategy and execution end to end for ’s consumer apps, with an accent on acquisition, app store growth, and lifecycle retention. Focus on building the consumer marketing function from scratch, running performance campaigns, and turning consumer wins into operator-facing proof for partner conversations.
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid — 3 days per week in the Seattle office)

What you will do
- Own consumer marketing strategy end to end: audience, ICP, positioning, naming, and messaging built from the customer out.
- Run acquisition campaigns end to end: plan channels, build ads, and optimize for installs.
- Own app store presence including listing and ASO, from “found you” to “downloaded.”
- Build social and community presence (e.g., TikTok, influencer, Reddit) and execute directly.
- Drive growth fundamentals: MAU, retention, acquisition, and CAC with test/iterate cycles.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on roadmap and launches; translate consumer wins into operator proof for B2B partner conversations.
Requirements
- Experience owning B2C/app marketing and building from the customer out (not product-first).
- Strong app growth skills: ASO, mobile channels, lifecycle marketing, and metrics (MAU, retention, CAC).
- Ability to execute full-funnel strategy to execution without agency handoffs.
- Comfort representing in customer-facing settings and at events.
- Fluency in both B2C and B2B thinking (understand how a B2B company operates and carry consumer insights into operator conversations).
