What you will do

• Manage the Senior Pastor's social media accounts and develop strategies to increase visibility and traffic.
• Create engaging captions and visual content in collaboration with the Social Media Designer.
• Define goals and KPIs, monitoring and reporting on performance metrics on a monthly basis.
• Develop weekly content schedules and campaigns specific to the Senior Pastor's platforms.
• Lead, coach, and train interns while coordinating with creative teams for content production.
• Provide on-site social media support during speaking engagements and book releases.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of related social media, content, or marketing experience.
• Proven experience in social media campaign development and management.
• Strong analytical skills to measure performance and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work on-site in Edmond, OK.
