TL;DR

Social Account Manager (Social Media): Overseeing the delivery of complex social content projects and managing high-level client relationships with an accent on project management and social consultancy. Focus on collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality content output and driving commercial account growth.

Location: Hybrid (Miami, Florida, US) - 2 days per week in office

What you will do

  • Act as the primary contact for large retained social accounts, managing senior client relationships and handling escalations.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex social content projects and campaigns from planning to execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Production, Performance, and Strategy teams to produce innovative content.
  • Act as a strategic content lead, evaluating performance and identifying opportunities for strategy evolution.
  • Drive commercial growth within existing accounts and support new business proposals and pitches.

Requirements

  • Agency experience at an Account Manager level or equivalent.
  • Strong background in social media and content production.
  • Proven experience managing large or complex accounts in a leading role.
  • Excellent project management capabilities and a commitment to best-practice delivery.
  • Confidence in a consultative approach when dealing with senior clients.
  • Ability to interface effectively with a variety of internal specialists and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with both B2B and B2C clients.
  • Experience in influencer marketing.
  • Experience managing global clients.
