What you will do

• Manage client stakeholders and Product Owners/Managers to align project goals.
• Run workshops with client stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Perform business process mapping and engineering.
• Analyze and design systems, including package integration and bespoke development.
• Produce high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Inspire outstanding online experiences for consumers and brands across various devices and channels.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a similar Business Analyst role.
• Proven experience working on ecommerce and retail/brand projects.
• Expertise in Agile software delivery and system analysis.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and conducting workshops.
• Must be based in Europe or Brazil.
