Business Analyst (Fintech): Developing ICT Business Continuity Planning (ICT BCP) and Operational Resilience frameworks within a regulated financial services environment with an accent on DORA compliance and disruption scenarios. Focus on designing testing methodologies, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and ensuring organizational resilience to ICT disruptions.

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk (2/3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 800-1100 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Support the identification and definition of ICT disruption scenarios and map them to Critical Important Functions (CIFs).
• Develop the ICT Business Continuity Planning (ICT BCP) framework, templates, and supporting documentation.
• Design and implement ICT BCP testing methodologies based on BCCM&R standards.
• Plan, facilitate, and coordinate workshops with key stakeholders to develop and maintain continuity plans.
• Collaborate with the DORA Programme to ensure alignment of scope and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Continuity Management, BCP, or Operational Resilience.
• Strong knowledge of DORA and other regulatory requirements within the Financial Services Industry (FSI).
• Hands-on experience with Disaster Recovery or Operational Resilience projects in a financial services environment.
• Experience creating governance documentation, policies, and operational processes.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk.
