What you will do

• Collect and analyze business requirements for Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
• Create user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Configure Dynamics 365 CRM entities, forms, views, workflows, and dashboards.
• Develop solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Define reporting requirements and build dashboards in Power BI.
• Coordinate API integrations and middleware between business needs and IT development.

Requirements

• Higher education in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in CRM projects.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong skills in business process modeling and requirements documentation.
• Must be based in or able to work in Gliwice (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Experience with API and middleware integrations.
• Relevant D365 or Business Analysis certifications.
