What you will do

• Gather and document requirements, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Plan and facilitate workshops with client stakeholders and product owners.
• Identify and recommend innovative technical and business solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and end-users throughout the Agile delivery lifecycle.
• Provide estimates for analysis work and maintain project plans.
• Analyze business systems to recommend process efficiencies and improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal or able to work from the office 4 days a week.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on ecommerce or digital experience projects.
• Strong background in Agile software delivery and business process mapping.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and facilitating client workshops.
• Ability to produce high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
