What you will do

• Engage stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for AI, automation, and data solutions.
• Translate business challenges into user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery requirements.
• Build and configure low-code solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio.
• Drive adoption and enablement of AI tools across the APAC region through workshops and training.
• Analyze business data and create reports and dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical engineering teams throughout the delivery process.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience building solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
• Experience working in agile or collaborative delivery environments.
• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (SG/PR).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and advanced data reporting.
• Understanding of AI, automation, and data concepts.
