What you will do

• Design and build production-grade extraction agents mapping unstructured documents to structured schemas.
• Develop robust document ingestion pipelines capable of handling low-quality scans and inconsistent layouts.
• Implement per-field confidence models to drive automated routing and human-in-the-loop review queues.
• Configure RAG knowledge bases to provide domain-specific context and minimize hallucinations.
• Optimize inference pipelines for cost, latency, and model selection.
• Provide technical mentorship to mid-level engineers and standardize orchestration patterns.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine
• Deep experience with AWS architecture and Amazon Bedrock, including model selection and prompt engineering.
• Strong background in OCR technologies and layout-aware extraction from degraded inputs.
• Proven track record building multi-step reasoning chains and tool-use protocols for autonomous agents.
• Experience with production RAG or LLM pipelines, including retrieval and grounding.
• Ability to design human-in-the-loop systems and end-to-end ownership of inference and evaluation harnesses.
