What you will do
- Own internal tools end-to-end from design through implementation to production operation.
- Build full-stack services using Python/Go on GCP and TypeScript/React for internal interfaces.
- Develop event-driven integrations and workflow automation using Pub/Sub and BPMN orchestration.
- Integrate third-party SaaS platforms via REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth.
- Utilize AI tooling like Claude Code across the development lifecycle while maintaining code quality and security.
- Operate and monitor production systems, ensuring reliability and performance.
Requirements
- Must be based in Eastern Europe or Indonesia
- 3-9 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python or Go for backend service development.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and React for frontend and admin tool development.
- Experience deploying and operating on GCP, including IAM, secrets management, and Cloud Run.
- Proven ability to connect multiple third-party platforms and handle complex API integrations.
- Experience using AI tooling actively across the full SDLC with a critical eye for security and correctness.
Nice to have
- Experience with workflow automation (n8n, Zapier) or BPMN engines (Camunda, Temporal).
- Knowledge of systems-level programming or graph algorithms.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Familiarity with LLM API integration and AI safety/compliance.
