What you will do
- Design and build AI agents for various use cases and workflows.
- Develop agents specifically using Claude and the Anthropic Agent SDK.
- Craft and iterate on prompts to get the best performance from LLMs.
- Break down complex tasks into agent-friendly workflows (task decomposition).
- Optimize agent behavior through prompt engineering and architecture design.
- Test and refine agents to ensure reliability and accuracy.
Requirements
- Strong experience building AI agents.
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code and/or Anthropic Agent SDK.
- Expert-level prompt engineering skills.
- Ability to decompose complex problems into clear, actionable steps for agents.
- Practical understanding of when to use agents vs. traditional code.
- Comfortable iterating and experimenting to improve agent performance.
- At least Intermediate English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience with other agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.)
- Experience with RAG, tool use, and multi-step workflows.
