What you will do
- Own internal tools end-to-end from design through deployment and production operation.
- Build fullstack services using Python, Go, and TypeScript/React on GCP.
- Develop event-driven integrations and workflow automation using Pub/Sub and BPMN orchestration.
- Integrate third-party SaaS platforms via REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth.
- Utilize AI tooling like Claude Code across the development lifecycle while maintaining code quality and security.
- Contribute to shared engineering standards and internal tooling.
Requirements
- Must be based in Eastern Europe or Indonesia.
- 3-9 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python or Go for backend services and TypeScript/React for frontend.
- Experience deploying and operating production software on GCP.
- Strong understanding of API integrations, event-driven patterns, and failure handling.
- Experience using AI coding assistants critically for spec, build, and review.
Nice to have
- Experience with workflow automation platforms like n8n or Zapier.
- Knowledge of BPMN engines such as Camunda or Temporal.
- Familiarity with graph algorithms or databases.
- Experience with LLM API integration and AI safety/compliance.
