What you will do

• Provide administrative and governance support for Group entities across the UK, Ireland, Cyprus, UAE, and Australia.
• Prepare Board and Committee packs, agendas, and draft minutes.
• Draft shareholder resolutions and routine corporate documentation.
• Manage correspondence with external counsel, notaries, and corporate service providers.
• Maintain statutory registers, corporate records, and document management systems.
• Support KYB requests and coordinate document execution, notarization, and apostille requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent in law or a related legal academic background.
• Experience or exposure to corporate governance or company secretarial work.
• Familiarity with KYB/KYC processes and basic AML frameworks.
• Fluent and well-spoken English with excellent written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
