What you will do

• Lead the delivery of multiple projects and workstreams within an Agile environment.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Oversee resource capacity planning, forecasting, and delivery reporting.
• Produce and maintain RAID logs, governance packs, and executive-level reporting.
• Collaborate with technical teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to achieve delivery objectives.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines, and scope.

Requirements

• Extensive Project Management experience delivering IT and business change projects.
• Strong expertise in Azure DevOps administration and reporting.
• Proven experience with Sprint planning and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Experience in the Utilities industry, specifically with PowerOn, ADMS, or energy networks.
• Ability to engage and influence senior executive stakeholders in large enterprise environments.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work in a hybrid model from Scottish offices.
