What you will do
- Liaise with Client Services to manage resource allocation and team scheduling.
- Administer PAYG quoting, purchase orders, and invoicing processes.
- Triage incoming briefs to ensure readiness for the design and artwork teams.
- Maintain project management tools like Monday.com and Synergist.
- Support capacity reporting and prepare documentation for weekly dashboards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive cost savings and efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder and supplier liaison.
- Attention to detail in financial management and reconciliation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in an administrative or operational role within a creative or production environment is preferred.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Monday.com or Synergist.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Exposure to resource or capacity planning processes.
