What you will do

  • Coordinate project activities between Project Managers, engineers, customers, and third-party suppliers.
  • Manage resource allocation, scheduling, and project controls across assigned projects.
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, RAID logs, and status updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Produce regular reports and management information to support delivery and business operations.
  • Monitor customer purchase order spend and escalate financial or delivery risks.
  • Create and maintain project records across internal management and finance systems.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Planner.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment.
