What you will do

• Lead all phases of software implementation projects, including discovery, configuration, training, validation, go-live, and adoption.
• Translate customer business needs into functional configurations, complex business rules, and automation scripts within the hirify.global platform.
• Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, managing priorities and implementation risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Deliver tailored training to customers, empowering users to become self-sufficient in the solution.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and Support teams to resolve issues and optimize the customer experience.
• Analyze data using Power BI to provide recommendations and enable data-driven decision-making for optimized solutions.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in software implementation or deployment with a strong focus on project management.
• Advanced proficiency in both English and French (spoken and written) is required for interacting with customers across Canada.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and design optimized technical solutions.
• Proven experience managing multiple simultaneous initiatives and meeting strict deadlines.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience leveraging data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to support decision-making.
