What you will do

• Research emerging technologies and identify promising early-stage startups in the EMEA region.
• Coordinate the open innovation deal flow and manage the startup evaluation process with corporate partners.
• Translate corporate technical and business needs into targeted startup offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with startups, scale-ups, VCs, and corporate stakeholders.
• Provide operational and administrative support, including CRM management and event organization.

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in a relevant field (Engineering or STEM preferred).
• Advanced level of English and German is essential.
• Strong demonstrated interest in the startup ecosystem and technology trends.
• Must be based in Stuttgart, Germany.
