What you will do

• Define and execute global strategy in collaboration with C-level and regional management teams.
• Support P&L and portfolio management to ensure alignment between global strategy and local execution.
• Prioritize and drive performance improvement initiatives across regional and local entities.
• Source and implement best practices from operations across 70+ countries.
• Translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations for key decision-makers.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with stakeholders across all seniority levels.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, or strategy/business development.
• At least 2 years of experience at a top-tier global management consulting firm is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and leveraging data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills in English with a track record of influencing C-level executives.
• Ability to work in a culturally and functionally diverse environment.
• Ownership mentality and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
