Salary: $85,500 - $102,000 CAD (annual base salary)

What you will do
- Oversee development of processes, proposals, bids, quotations, and other documents responding to prospective customer requests, with a focus on public sector in North America.
- Deliver competitive, high-quality proposals for government customers (US federal, state, local and related agencies).
- Consult, coordinate, and project manage resources for large-scale opportunities.
- Run the RFP life cycle: kick-off meetings, requirements analysis, strategy development, risk assessment/mitigation, and proposal creation.
- Ensure RFP requirements are reviewed/approved, deadlines are communicated, and approvals procedures are followed.
- Write, proofread, and edit proposal content; maintain and expand an RFP content library; collaborate with SMEs to develop new content.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience as an RFP Manager or in writing, editing, and coordinating RFP/RFI responses, including government bids/proposals.
- Experience directly supporting a sales organization.
- Experience managing an information/content library that is easy to access and reuse.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and deliver under fast-changing deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including writing for sales/marketing needs in a technical environment.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), JIRA, and proposal management systems/tools (e.g., Loopio) required.
