What you will do

• Design complete courses end-to-end, focusing on new and non-standard niches.
• Apply innovative pedagogical approaches rather than following fixed briefs.
• Define, instrument, and track success metrics for educational solutions.
• Mentor other LXDs and identify areas for improvement in team output.
• Establish and document instructional design standards.
• Iterate quickly and experiment with new educational concepts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of deep instructional design expertise, specifically in IT education.
• Proven experience shipping complete educational solutions independently.
• Ability to define and defend learning outcome metrics.
• Experience arguing educational format choices based on target audience data.
• Strong ability to transfer expertise and mentor others.
• Experience owning end-to-end content production and iterating based on user feedback.
