What you will do

• Conduct learning needs assessments and performance analyses to identify institutional improvement opportunities.
• Design and develop faculty learning experiences including workshops, microcredentials, and online courses.
• Partner with subject matter experts to translate educational goals into evidence-based learning solutions.
• Create engaging digital content using Canvas LMS and multimedia tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Apply adult learning theory and Universal Design for Learning principles to ensure inclusive education.
• Analyze learning analytics and feedback to drive continuous improvement of educational programs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in instructional design, faculty development, or organizational learning.
• 5+ years of experience working in higher education environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Canvas LMS and enterprise learning technologies.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards including ADA and WCAG.

Nice to have

• Doctoral degree in a related discipline.
• Experience teaching in higher education or supporting accredited continuing professional development.
