What you will do
- Conduct learning needs assessments and performance analyses to identify institutional improvement opportunities.
- Design and develop faculty learning experiences including workshops, microcredentials, and online courses.
- Partner with subject matter experts to translate educational goals into evidence-based learning solutions.
- Create engaging digital content using Canvas LMS and multimedia tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise.
- Apply adult learning theory and Universal Design for Learning principles to ensure inclusive education.
- Analyze learning analytics and feedback to drive continuous improvement of educational programs.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in instructional design, faculty development, or organizational learning.
- 5+ years of experience working in higher education environments.
- Advanced proficiency with Canvas LMS and enterprise learning technologies.
- Strong knowledge of accessibility standards including ADA and WCAG.
Nice to have
- Doctoral degree in a related discipline.
- Experience teaching in higher education or supporting accredited continuing professional development.
