What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end peer-review process for original research and review submissions.
• Commission editorials, commentaries, and reviews to build the journal’s profile.
• Identify and engage subject experts to act as peer reviewers.
• Build and maintain relationships with the international translational research community.
• Subedit material to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to journal style.
• Stay current with the latest developments in biological and medical sciences.

Requirements

• Higher degree in a relevant discipline with postdoctoral research or editorial experience.
• Exceptional command of the English language with strong writing skills.
• Broad knowledge of biological and medical sciences.
• Ability to communicate fairly and constructively with the research community.
• Must be able to travel internationally for conferences and academic meetings.
• Must be based in Spain.
