What you will do

• Independently perform clinical data analysis and case management to support accurate interpretation of genetic findings, including reanalysis.
• Establish phenotype-genotype correlations across a wide range of genetic disorders using internal resources and professional tools.
• Investigate and interpret complex clinical features; document evidence and rationale for variant classification in a clear, standardized format.
• Meet or exceed assigned productivity and error standards set by the team lead.
• Perform clinical analysis at a moderate case rate.

Requirements

• ABMGG or CCMG certification required.
• PhD in Biology/Genetics (or related) or MD/DO with 2+ years of directly relevant experience in clinical diagnostics (including fellowship).
• At least 1 year of independent clinical analysis experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated computer skills, including high proficiency with internal systems and Microsoft Office Suite / Office 365.
